Get in Touch

Klamath County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody or has been released, post bond, release a person, or retrieve an official booking record. Direct each question to the office that holds the record or status.

Use the office that holds the record

The Sheriff’s Criminal Records Unit handles Klamath County Sheriff’s Office-created records, while the jail and court have distinct roles. Use a specific name, date range, agency, or case number when available. A booking entry reflects processing and original allegations, not a court finding.

KCSO reports and county bookings

For a report made by the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office, use the Records Unit and its official request route. For a county-jail booking search, use the Web Jail Viewer. Its results may include release-related fields, so a match is not by itself confirmation of current custody or a final case result.

Court case and disposition questions

For a nonconfidential case register, use Oregon Judicial Department public access. For Klamath County Circuit Court information or clerk contact, use the Klamath County Circuit Court. Court records, not a booking result, address later case events and dispositions.

State prison, federal, and ICE custody

A person in state prison is not in the same system as the Klamath County Jail. Use the Oregon Department of Corrections Offender Search for state custody. The Federal Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator is for federal custody, and ICE’s Online Detainee Locator System is for federal immigration custody. Neither federal route proves a Klamath County booking.

For an emergency, call 911. For a custody, record, or court question, use independently verified government contact information rather than a number or link sent by an unknown caller.
